Made from abundant and renewable resources, the EcoBowl uses paper from responsibly managed forests and has an inner-wall coated with Ingeo™ bioplastic tailored for coating paperboard.

Our paperboard provides superior quality and increased insulation compared to the average paperboard on the market. Naturally advanced Ingeo™ coating used in foodservice packaging has a significantly lower carbon footprint than the fossil fuel based polymers that it replaces, because the manufacture of Ingeo™ emits fewer greenhouse gasses (GHGs) than the comparable manufacture of all common petrochemical-based plastic¹. The innovation of turning plants into plastic allows us to exclude non-renewable resources (such as oil) from the production of our EcoBowl, providing a sustainable plant-based alternative to traditional oil-based bowls, providing a sustainable plant-based alternative to traditional oil-based bowls.
